River Activities
With a name inspired by the Catawba River, you can be sure that paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing and other river activities are an integral part of what you can experience here.
Airline Bike Park
Airline Bike Park is the first purpose built, full service, modern mountain bike park in the City of Charlotte proper. This trail system is made possible by a partnership between Charlotte Water, Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation, and Crescent Communities. Eventually, Airline Bike Park will be the focal point within a larger trails system situated in the midst of the River District Development, currently underway by Crescent Communities.

The River District will be home to diverse dining experiences, including a farm-to-table restaurant in Westrow, with fruits and vegatables harvested from our 2-Acre Farm.

A 2-acre working farm and orchard, professionally grown and managed by our own resident farmer. The backdrop to our farm includes a playground with natural aesthetic, pavilion and lawn area, and Farm Store, all walkable to homes and apartments within Westrow.
