Director of Development - Special Projects
Fran joined Crescent Communities in 2022 and currently serves as Director of Development for Special Projects on the Commercial team. Fran is responsible for leading development projects in the southeast, advancing the River District's commercial holdings, and assisting with strategy, development and execution across the portfolio with economic development entities, municipalities, and commercial real estate partners. Her focus is on ensuring that the Crescent Communities Commercial team is the partner of choice and trusted solution provider in the communities in which we work.
